Power LED on T42 Doesn't Light

Guys,
Have a T42 (ATI 9600, 15" Flexview SXGA+).
All the LEDs are working (Hybernation, Battery, HD, Caps&Num, Bluetooth and Wireless) except the Power LED.
The machine seems to function fine. Changed the inverter, same issue.
Tried a different screen assembly, and all is fine (including the Power LED).

Could it possibly be the cable on the Flexview (91P6857).
