IBM T43 Security

So I enabled the Security feature on my T43. I go to reformat it and the password I entered is not matching. To make it worse, the questions aren't answering either and I can't get F11 to work without it. What options do I have to wipe my computer and start over?

Did you set a supervisor password? If yes, there is no recovery by conventional means, and we don't allow discussion here of 'unconventional' means. Here's some more information on Thinkpad passwords.
