Not an anomaly. You just need to research where files (like Firefox bookmarks) are located. Use google.

What methods would you employ that would assist you in researching your files more accurately ? How would I use google to find my wordpad documents I saved and my itunes library?Harryc wrote:Not an anomaly. You just need to research where files (like Firefox bookmarks) are located. Use google.

What do you mean by better research results? Is it normal for a user who has uploaded their files from the harddrive of a different OS onto an external harddrive with a different OS, not to find all of their files immediately?Harryc wrote:Not an anomaly. I am going to answer honestly here - Only if the 'user' has no clue where the files are located.noblegas wrote:What do you mean by better research results? Re: My WD 320 IDE GB harddrive and T43 thinkpad laptop
Found my files. Problem fixed . Would windows 7 as an OS be able to work on a T43 too ? I rather used Windows 7 than ubuntu linux or any linux OS because I cannot use itunes on a linux machine, because itunes is too lazy to make their services compatible with linux systems.I am going to answer honestly here - Only if the 'user' has no clue where the files are located.
