Hibernation and sleep fail, BSOD by Power driver

Hi everyone!

This is for my mom's computer, a Thinkpad T42 7323 (or 2373 ?) p27

after successfully find a good combination of driver for windows 7, you knows that the ati radeon 7500 does not have support for Windows 7... and before that i had problem with its network driver (a yellow flag was blocking the computer to access the internet)..

all that is solved, but now mi mom told me she lost some valuable not saved data when she put the computer to sleep and when she wake it up there was a clean windows start all the work was gone...
then i switch computer and i use the thinkpad to see what is the problem about it, i tryed but i got no error or problem hibernating until the last try, when the sistem restart i got this message:

I don't understand, i thought those rules were for sales ads and things like that... (what i found weird...)

but its ok, those are the rules.
