The exact specification of RAM for T42

Hi all,

I intend to upgrade the RAM of my T42, after searching online, I found that the DDR333(PC2700) RAM comes in a few different specifications like:

Speed: DDR333(PC2700)
Type: 184-Pin DDR SDRAM
Qns: Is the 184-Pin the right one for T42?

Error Checking: Non-ECC or ECC

Qns: So I should take Non-ECC or ECC?

Registered/Unbuffered: Unbuffered or Registered

Qns: hmmm...which one?

Cas Latency: 2.5
Support Voltage: 2.5V
Bandwidth: 2.7GB/s
Organization: 128M x 64-Bit
Warranty: Lifetime

No, that is not the correct one.

You want 200pin Sodimm, unbuffered, non-ECC, like this one:

T42 memory at Crucial.com

You can get "Generic" here for $154 delivered. I got it... works fine.
