ram for Thinkpad T23

Hi, I have just bought a new(used) T23 and need to upgrad the RAM to 1ghs. I am looking to get 2 sticks of 512. Can anyone tell me if there is RAM comparable to the IBM ram that works well with the T23 and/or where some good deals might be found. I want to be sure I buy the right stuff and am not a computer techi! Thanks I really appreciate any advise.

The T23 supports up to 1GB, but crucial had some kind of compatibilty issues, so only currently supports 512MB (according to their sales guy). I basically got the crucial ram for free, so I stuck a gig in there 2 months ago and have had no issues at all.
