Eject Problem DVD Burner

I received a brand new T42p last Week (2373-GTG?). Most of the parts are fine..but I have a problem with the DVD-Burner. I can use it, but can't throw out Media with the eject buton nor the throw out button in windows. Only when I restart the system, while boot up I can get out my CDs...why not in Windows...the LED is always burning, even when I don't need the CD/DVD Media in the Drive.

Pease help, anyone experienced same problems?

edit: seems to be a problem with DLA. I switched it of, then it works...what does that mean to me, do I realy need DLA?

I uninstalled DLA and it looks OK so far. You don't need DLA if you use dedicated burning software.
