cpu detection question

Hi guys, i have a t42p 2373ktu. For some reason when the cpu is working at full speed (2gigahertz) when you right click on my computer, on the general tab it shows it is running at 597 mhz. And when i run it on power savings mode at 600mhz, it shows there that it is running at 197mhz. I know these numbers are wrong becuase CPU-Z says the real speed. Anyone know why this is so?

Properties in My Computer show the same speed as Mobile Meter on my T41. Perhaps you could try reinstalling / upgrading to the newest Power Management driver (1.30 I think). ... JD Hurst
