15" T43p case size question

I am trying to resurrect a 15" T43p with a lower case
that is cracked and needs replacing. What I need is both
the top and bottom pieces of the lower case - not the LCD
or its frame. So what I am wondering is whether I can use
a case from a different 15" T series laptop - T42, T42p, T43
with the innerds and screen from my T43p.
