Anyways I moved my work area to the garage for the time being.
I have an X61T w/ an Ultrabase set on a swiveling PC monitor from the 90's.
It has a metal bracket to slide out for keyboard, I have it clamped on a tool drawer and secured by the one above it.

I also seen someone post a photo of a fake carbon fiber wrapped ThinkPad.
I know there are some units that came like that to the factory, so I tried my best.
I got the wrap from eBay, started off with a cheap roll, works well though.
I hope if I get a pricier one it would have a clear film finish that you see often in lightweight sports cars.
Here is an X61S. It does get a bit hot in the palmrest, even with a cooler WiFi card.

Wrapped the battery as well, kinda tough around the edges where they are spherical.

I don't have a detai of the CPU fan but I'll try to upload one sometime this weekend.
Here is my 14" T60p. I don't have a good detail of it currently, but I did wrap the touchpad after reading about switching a touchpad of a newer ThinkPad that had the odd texture to it. I don't use the touchpad much but it seems fairly accurate.

Not even my W00DS is safe.... Feels a bid odd when drawing because of the texture of the vinyl.
I did it to try it, works perfectly.

Edited three four because I'm bad at this...
