85G1878 is a TV-Tuner label for a 755: http://ps-2.kev009.com/pcpartnerinfo/ctstips/583a.htm

HMM tpvol2.pdf page 477: The computer changes to TV reception when the removable diskette drive is replaced with the TV Tuner.

Is there any advantage to a TV Tuner over just the normal Composite/S-Video in?

Isn't this the model with the removable back, for use with an overhead projector?

Demonstration pics would be nice. :D

It sure can, but I can't see how to get the back off. Also, I don't have a overhead projector :-)

I think the absolute best part is that the clock battery held it charge, only 4 hours behind.

The only problem is the cd rom doesn't work. Found some NOS on eBay for cheap and will replace it.

Nice!

My sister once had a college professor with a 755CDV. She said his lectures were boring but was amazed at the laptop he put on top of the projector.
