I found another brand-new Thinkpad today, and its an X301!!
It has a few blemishes from being in a closet for 7 years but not too shabby nonetheless.
Proof for it being brand-new? A factory sticker right on the webcan. There is also one on the Lenovo thing on the front. Who would leave 2 stickers on their laptop?
And of course, 1 cycle on the battery. 85% of design capacity!

Nice condition and even with use the X301 will holdup.
An SSD with a light distro including the Dual IDA mod and it will still perform most tasks YMMV. Remember to calibrate the display. I have 6GB of ram in mine but probably 4GB is enough. Mine sits comfortably on my lap and is still a pleasure to use.

Time to move Spring-cleaning to Autumn.
Do a proper cleaning, you might find Atari, Commodore, Sinclair, Amstrad and/or what not!

Oh, I got the Ataris. Plenty of them. Even 2 new in box Atari 410 cassette decks I found a week ago. Ive got:
400
800 x2
800XL
130XE
2600(Sears variant 6 switch)
Probably something im missing
150+ games
Probably 2 dozen joysticks
And MUCH MUCH more.
