Here are some pictures that I took when I was helping setting up some ThinkPad's (and these are G40's) when I was in middle school.

And here is something else, a picture that I took of all the ThinkPad's that the middle school that I went has.

All I have to say is...

WOW... That's a lot of ThinkPads, and very heavy ones at that. I didn't realize that the G series was that thick, and had that much copper in there...

Then I had to go deliver them to the classrooms and I used a small cart to deliver them (with the AC Adapters) and one time, I carried 3 G40's upstairs without the cart because I couldn't get the cart upstairs and I couln't use the elevator because I didn't have a key to access it. So I decided to carry them upstairs, even known they were heavy, but I did it anyway and I'm only a skinny, about almost 5 feet tall, 15 year old girl (I was 13 at the time). But I had fun setting up my middle school's ThinkPad's (I volunteered).

Well, that's 30 pounds...

Not too bad, even for someone 13...

Still, I would NOT own a laptop that was 10 pounds with the power adaptor. ;-) That's why I've got an X21

I wonder if the G series is thicker or my beyond aging 380.

Well, whatever, that's more than I'd want to deal with in a day.
