I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Thanks, my wife wants to toss the speakers out!! I've had those speakers for over 10+ years..they are sweet, but she wants the "small" wall mounted ones. She has even tried to toss them out on garbage day AND has tried bribing me with a Bose set for my BD! but I can't give them up...them and I have a lot of history....

I know what that feels like, my Dad has these *huge*, and I really mean huge, speakers with subwoofers he built from the 50s; they are heavy buggers too. :D

Mom found a way to use them as little tables/stands in our old, small apartment. :)

........ found a way to use them as little tables/stands ......... :)
and as you can see, she has gone that route as well, one time I had the thing so loud, the statue on the right fell; I tried to catch it and it fell on my foot....... <----that is toned down, compared on how much smoke was coming out of my head after that.........
