If you look, around the outer edge is the border around thinkpads.com home page, so it a combination of original IBM and the forum.

Hey guys, I had a question about the IBM wallpapers. I found one that alllows you to place markers on cities and their respective times all over the world. Though I managed to add and move cities, I couldn't figure out how to apply this active wallpaper to my desktop. Might be a long shot but does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to actually apply the wallpaper?
