That divider is sweet! Do you run Mac OS just for testing printers/drivers?

Not to hijack, but here's the copier I run:

I like when goofiness can coexist with productivity. I'm still chuckling at the IT sign.

About the big Xerox machine- well, it's big, and it also give me a migraine within 2 minutes of being turned on. Thank God my office has two doors, but no windows.

Somehow I never saw this thread too.

Very sweet machines.

Mr. Scott's hair (if any) made me chuckle.

Kyocera, which version of Mac OS X are you running? I haven't had much luck getting OS X to install on my T40...

I know, watching it chew up that huge copier is amazing and so much pleasure. I'm hoping Dan will catch this too.

10.4.1 runs pretty good really, I also had it running on my t30. The OSX forum (here) has a lot of information on the how to's and whatnots and overcoming some issues. You may have to search back a ways as a lot of the stuff now is greared toward the newer models. :)

Indeed, I have! It actually brought a smile to my face, since we're getting rid of ours for something a little more...modern. I guess it wouldn't have worked if they put the whole machine in at once, as the portion being shredded was only about 2/5 of the entire machine.

Where do you find this crap!?

I picked that up off the other site I use a lot, www.dnet-km.com
One of the techs posted it there. If you go to the site www.ssiworld.com they have quite a few other items being shredded, one is a Volkswagon beetle, they put the whole car in there! Totally incredible.

Click on Shred of the Month :D

They shred computers, refrigerators, tires, torpedo's, all kinds of huge stuff, pretty awesome technonlogy.

I'll check that at home. The IT department might think I'm up to something...

I wonder if they make shredder lubricant sheets for that thing? :D

Totally awesome, I just saw few cars getting shredded. It swallowed the whole thing in a blink of few minutes.

Being a fan of the original Beetle and its kin, this horrified me. Still, it is pretty cool to see that kind of destructive power in action. So torn...
