To make a long story short, I learned a few lessons.
I send a MoBo back to the manufacturer because I thought it was bad. Turns out I did not plug in the CPU power thingy on the board because it is slightly unobstructed. Right now it only stays on for about 3 minutes, there is a software problem I have yet to fix. High powered desktop that I plan on keeping for a good 6 years at least. My old desktop lasted that long, until a few weeks ago. Now I can let my X60s collect dust!!!
Here are a few pics.
Im beat.

So is that a technical term, power thingy
That is pretty cool looking, did you build that? Wishing you luck in the completion.

Yep, looks nice but it will be better if the whole casing is transparent.

Ya I know I know, not everyone likes the blue lights, or the case. But I do, and thats what counts!! hahaha! I had a small beige box for years. I thought it was time to step up the bling level.
The specs are in my sig gator.

I like blue leds. Just not as strong as these seem to be.

I've built a few computers, there are a few things that might be overlooked. Have you installed the mobo chipset drivers? I always use the latest version if I can, you can usually download them from the manufacturer's website. The latest BIOS may also be a good idea.
I've got about five of those Seagate 320G drives, they are very good hard drives.
If you get six years out of your computer, you'll be doing very well.
