Not exactly what you are asking for, but the X200 has a 1280x800 and the X200s has a 1440x900 screen resolution. You can see a large comparison of resolutions here: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/e ... dards2.svg

The X200s will have the same resolution as your X300, so its desktop will look the X300 desktop.

Try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Vect ... dards2.svg

The X200s will have the same number of pixels, but the density will be higher (because the screen is smaller). The X200 will have less pixels and a lower density than the X300.

if your X61T is SXGA+ then just imagine your X300's amount of pixels packed into a PPI size almost as small as an SXGA+ X61T.   asking for people's screen shots won't do much good since your X300 will produce the exact same screen shot.

My x61t is XGA 1024x786 I really donot like this raito by 4:3 so I really like my x300 resolution also I have a SONY TZ160C it's 10.1'
and the resolution is 1366x768 too small but this screen is very very expensive I replace my broken one for $ 700 USD,,,,

Does the X200 screen resolution will same as the HP tx1200 tablet 12.1' by 1280x800 I check it in Bestbuy if they are same I will get idea of x200

thanks

Search on Flickr they have a good amount of pictures for the X200 on there.

Not sure on the battery difference would be on the battery. but with the 6 cell i pull about 6-7 hours on the 9 cell, well closer to 10+

that is screen dimmed to about 1/4 and wifi was on, bluetooth off

I have no complaints.

As for the Screen. 1440x900 is great and i would not switch. I use Vista so they does many a difference as you can adjust just about everything on the fly.

Go to Best buy or Futureshop up there and check the Notebook with a 1280x800.

Is the x200s worth the extra coin......not sure. but you do get the LED screen and the higher resolution. Better battery life and does look nicer when opened (not the Plastic look on the x200).

So i happen to have 2 on my desk right now.
my X200s and a X200

Sorry the pictures are terrible all i have is my phone to take the shot, but you will get the idea.

Thank you very very much Hudson
from your picutres they are looks not big difference of the resolution between x200 and x200s.

I am not sure what do you mean about the x200s not same as x200, and x200 have more plastic??? I though these are not difference from the exterior only the LCD??

Could you take some nice photos thanks

I know and I did search on Flickr but not much photos on x200 and x200s screens. most of the photo are not the laptop's screens.

I did go bestbuy and futureshop to check the 12.1' 1280x800, and I get an idea of it. so is that exactly the same as x200?

thanks
