yummy KDEmod3. it's KDE3 modded to work well with Arch Linux. I'm definately liking it a lot, and it's much faster than KDEmod4. I have a different image on each desktop, but I thought this one would be somewhat amusing.

Just recovered from a hdd crash so this is a fresh Fedora 11 install, I was recreating my startup scripts.

Well all of you Linux Gurus seem to be posting these wicked awesome screenshots of your muylti-desktop interfaces(which are awesome though, don't get me wrong) but I must step in and add the conservative(and somewhat historical) touch...

A screenshot of the Win 3.1 desktop I was able to preserve from before I ended up tossing it; the power supply had shorted out.

A screenshot of the current working Thinkpad I have, the 310ED. Windows 98 SE!

And finally, my current work laptop, not quite a Thinkpad I know, but my Toshiba Satellite A305-S6916 running Vista.

Least distracting. You can still see the edge of the taskbar

The screenshot your comment is directed at (I assume you mean the post of
skam) is actually from Windows XP

Well... my minimalistic setup will be a big contrast against all the cool desktops above!
Nevertheless... here we go..., that's my X31...
X41 Linux setup is still the boring original one so I will post it after I had the time (and found the right WP) to change it.

my desktop... the name is blocked out as it is my own name!
Yes, I have the XP Royale theme, you can download it from the internet, remember to unzip the files to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes in a folder in "royale"!
I took the picture myself in Norfolk, uk on my sony cybershot dsc-w110 camera!

My current setup on Windows 7...
Because round Aero windows just don't look right on a ThinkPad

Here is my 600X Win98SE desktop. It will surprise you how fast this old turtle can swim.
And here we are running an (almost) current version of Firefox on this old Win98SE OS.
