Harry, you've got the HD+? I'd be curious to know how that stacks up against your MBP?

FreeBSD 8.2-STABLE on my X60s. Compiling Chromium because my bank doesn't work with Opera. WindowMaker because KDE is really slow anymore.

My X30 runs Fedora 14 and a standard Gnome desktop, nothing really out of the ordinary.

I'm looking for a good background that's not too flashy and not too dark and gloomy, but I haven't been able to find one. My current desktop picture is the blue default background that has THINK in the bottom right.

@Bub McZombieFace, I wasn't sure what resolution you wanted so i used your windows 8 wallpaper for reference (1680x1050), just right click and "save as" Hope it helps you!

Gnome 3.2 doesn't look too shabby. I think I will try it out.

I fear that it was this Apple Keyboard that may have been causing my "Stuck Key" errors w/ my dock. That and the fact that there is no Insert key is infuriating since I seemingly use Insert a lot!
