red, green, blue, and anthracite

#1 Post by frankausmtank » Thu Mar 19, 2009 8:43 pm

Hey there,
yesterday I stumbled upon this wallpaper and just had to create something similar for my desktop that's a bit more.. tasteful ;)

Anyway, I think some of you may find these useful, too. Here's my T60 in two moods.

Enjoy..! The pics are not perfect as I couldn't close the lid as far as I wanted without the display going black. And excuse the dirty trackpoint. Glad you haven't seen the palmrest one hour ago ;)

EDIT: Now without the stickers.

Looks pretty good.
A version without the Intel sticker would make it even better.

Thanks everyone! Enjoy the sticker-less versions.

I actually didn't remove the sticker (I'm more of a "use something until it falls off" guy - opposed to the 3-year-old intel sticker, the windows sticker lasted 2 weeks ;) ), I just gave the pics a little gimp treatment.

The GIMP treatment was very good. Nice work. :thumbs-UP:
