Depends on the language the machine is setup for and on which country it's sold in.PetraM wrote:I never realized there are different kinds of keyboards until now. Interesting.

THe 15" is the flexview and it has much better viewing angle. I have both 14" non flex and the 15" flexview. The viewing angle defference is quite a lot. As you can see in the picture the as viewing angle increases the 14' creates dark shadow like effects whereas the 15" does not.Sirnice wrote:Does the 15" thinkpad pictured above have the flexview screen or just the regular 15" screen? The 15" seems a little washed out.
The 15" doesn't need to be turned down. Rather, since the 15" is brighter than the 14" it merely *looks* washed out because of the particular exposure used by the camera. If you take a picture of a bright screen and a dark screen, only one of them will look right. They'll rarely both look right because of the limited dynamic range of the camera.daeojkim wrote: I don't think it is washed out but it looks too bright that's all. Just need to turn down the brightness a little
hmm, me neither. It looks like the 15" just reaches deeper, so there's no space between the screen and bottom part.STS06 wrote:I don't see much of a thickness difference between the 14" and the 15"...between the X and T series though, its large.
