Minimum participation quota

Hey there you all, I have a question regarding the minimum participation amount before I can PM someone. I cannot send PMs at this very moment, and it tells me that I should participate in more discussions.

I am wanting to use the various recovery disks available for my ThinkPad 600E, but I sadly cannot contact the user that's offering them. This is one of the main reasons that I need PMs for.
