Hello, what is the relevance of the man at the top of the page with the parrot? where is this derived from and what does it have to do with thinkpads?

As to the parrot: Forum-owner Bill Morrow has an extensive aviary with all sorts of parrots, his favorite birds.
Photo-shopping a parrot on Charlie's shoulder is only a natural evolution to combine the best of both worlds!
