Is the server at Bill's home or somewhere else?

I recently noticed at least 2 times a month. For the last two weeks, I witnessed at least 2 downs.

That qualifies as down "often?"

Maybe for a really large online business, but cut us some slack here. The server's connection has been affected a few times, out of our control naturally, because the service provider for the server was having a few problems. There are other times when the site is down for maintenance.

Bill has to pay for these forums out of his own pocket. So I think I will take them being down once or twice a month or two. These forums are a large source of information and having them go down occasionally isn't that big of a price to pay now is it? Or would ads or the like be more appropriate?

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

Yes, the Forum goes down occasionally, there is little we can do about it as our service provider suffers outages.

We'd be very happy to refund your full purchase price if the service is found not to your liking.

LOL,

I am basically trying to help boast this forum as it is a very useful sources.

One suggestion though: I think Bill can help slim down the PHP forum code to make it as simple as possible. That way, it will put less pressure on the database server as well as the php server.

Well, I do not have time to program now. I may time after August. But if Bill programs this forum (rather, tweak the forum), I think it is easier for him to make the necessary changes. Otherwise, I will have to read from scratch and it is time consuming.

I didnot get the refund for the service, not to mention the shipping charges. I will check my PayPal to see if the transaction is complete tomorrow.
