Housekeeping - FAQ moved

I did a little housekeeping today (no, not the mopping or the laundry). A couple of forum members had suggested new additions to the FAQ and also had thought they would be easier to find over in the newer How-To's conference. So I moved the whole FAQ kit-and-kaboodle over to How-To's and added a couple of new items.
