New category for Accesories?

Like carrying bags, docking stations, port replicators, power adapters, bluetooth mice, etc

What do you guys think?

I second this. Information on accesories is scattered inside the forum under various areas. It'd be nice to have a centralized section for this.

The problem that I foresee with that is that the accessories can be dependant upon the machine model/type. T/X6x accessories are different from the T4x series and the T/X2x & T/R3x series machines, and so on.

don't you think T4x and T60 would have a lot of accessories in common?
I think model specific accessories are there, but a lot of the other stuff is very general like peripherals(mice, monitors, docking stations, USB accessories), carrying bags, etc.
It would be a good place to go as it would categorize the information and keep the other sub-forums more focused on the actual machines.

the T60 series and the X40 series have very little in common when it comes to accessories..
the CD drive might be a common accessory, but not the AC adapters, memory, HDD's or much of anything else..

i just do not see the need for one more conference at this time..
at lease one dedicated to accessories alone..

perhaps you have a better argument FOR..?
