Can someone explain what is this to me...?

When i tried to post something today, i got this message everytime when i clicked submit.
Information
"Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted"
Can someone tell me what's happening?

The board was being updated. The process took less than 2 minutes and was necessary. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The phpbb current version is 2.22. So is this the one you are talking about.
BTW: Who are you and why your user ID did not flash orange when your avartar showed that you are an admin???
