Any possibility of exporting PMs to an email address?

Since the mailbox is rather small, it would be useful to be able to export PMs to an email address to save them. Then it would be possible to erase PMs that may not have any further use from the mailbox - but could be necessary in the future. Any way to do this?

It appears the phpBB does allow forwarding of PMs but I'm not clear whether or not it simply means that you can only forward a received PM to another user on the board (i.e., another PM). My guess would be that is the case and that you can't forward a PM to an email address.
In order to save my own PMs, I use the tired-and-true method: cut-and-paste. It IS tedious but I'm sure you do not get the amount of traffic that I do. I have a Notepad file that I open up and paste my PMs into. Once safely saved, I then delete the PMs from my Savebox. In fact, I need to do this fairly soon as my Savebox is at 84%, my Sentbox at 72% and my Inbox at 42%. The Inbox and Sentbox messages are since this past Sunday.
edit: More poking around the net reveals this:

Still can't tell if this means an email is output...

Thanks for the tips, Ray.
Unfortunately, the URL you cite for "PM Export" is only a PHP script for inclusion in the forum software, and it only allows "exporting" PMs from one user name to another, not to an external email address.
I'm not aware of any way to export PMs to an email address in PHPBB2 or PHPBB3 either, although that would be a useful feature. Have to suggest that to the developers...

My replies to PMs have not been leaving my "out box" and are not being sent (only for the last couple of days) .... have I been banned or is it a techincal issue?

PMs don't leave your outbox until the receiver picks them up.

Okay, thanks!
