Suggestion: feedback in the marketplace? No services?

Ive traded on ebay a few times, and Ive traded regularly on a tech forum at forums.anandtech.com for *years* and have noticed that not only AT, but other forums as well, make use of a site for trade feedbacks.

Has anyone considered such a thing here? I have an account at www.heatware.com showing the trades Ive made at a forum, what the transaction was for, etc...

i dont anticipate spending a lot of time here, but it seems like this would be a helpful place if the people running the site were to inquire and had thinkpads.com forms listed as one of the trader sites.

http://heatware.com/eval.php?id=10990 << my "heat"

see? its nifty :)

yeah i noticed it. i was just wondering why something a bit more central wasnt used. essentially people with heat from a dozen sites can be seen as legit among all those places

people new to these forums are....new, it would seem, neverminding past history, so i thought id...you know...suggest :)

You do make a point, however do not forget that heatware is not really "central" and that it is mainly used in the USA, while these forums are truly international. It would indeed be great if we could have a "rating" system within the forum for traders, but I doubt it is possible in phpBB.
