Broken Link in the Rules of the Road

I was just refreshing my memory of the forum rules and found that when I clicked on the Registration agreement link, first cardinal rule, the link goes to another site and offers a 404 error. http://www.thinkpads.com/registration_agreement.htm.

Something broke?
Same with FF3 and IE7

I 'think' that server is down. It might be offline altogether.

EDIT: Well now the server is coming up, but the link is not found. "Error 404 - Not Found"

Since the link was broken, I just inserted the full text of the registration agreement into the Rules.
