I have noticed that the "delete" button (next to the "report this post" button) disappears from time to time, so if I have made a fresh (last) post on some topic, I can´t delete it right after that even though it most likely hasn´t been viewed by anyone for such a short time interval and doesn´t have any replies The button also happens to disappear even when no one is browsing the particular subforum (excluding any hidden users).

If and when this button is available, it's ONLY there, if your own post is the last (or only) post in a thread.
I too have noticed this sporadic, random disappearance.

Yes, I was referring to those of my posts that are last in a thread. (I changed the topic name to clarify this.)
