Shouldn't this forum be renamed "Windows 7"?...
With many Windows 7 users having upgraded from Beta to Release Candidate, shouldn't this forum name be changed from "Windows 7 Beta" to "Windows 7"?...

No matter how you slice it, it still a Beta version until the final release is brought to the market place (On the store shelves... Be it Beta 1, 2, 3, Rc1, whatever. It's a TEST program.
Just enjoy it and learn all you can...... They are giving us the jump start with it. It's actually great marketing for M.S. They give you a year and they know more copies will be sold when it makes it out for sale......

Well, it's not a big deal, but many treat Beta and Release Candidate as different stages in the release cycle. Anyway, I'm looking forward to finally upgrading to a T400 when Windows 7 comes pre-installed with any final niggles ironed-out...Truthfinder wrote:...a Beta version until the final release is brought to the market place...
