ThinkPad Deals with e-coupon a restricted forum?

I noticed a new posting in the "ThinkPad Deals..." forum. When I went to view it I got the
following notice......
"You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum."
Was wondering if this forum has restricted access? I thought I had viewed the forum in the past without any problems.

The previous poster in that forum (Techdeals?) was not too active lately, so I guess they are introducing a new outfit.
Must be a temporary forum-glitch.

e-coupons failed to pay their monthly contribution for many months so I took their stuff off the forum..
