Baseband Management Card (BMC) for ThinkStation P3 Ultra?

Towards the end of last summer, we bought a Thinkstation P3 Ultra, predicated on Lenovo releasing a Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) for this platform "late Fall 2023". As of the end of Feb 2024, I can find no further information about the BMC. So far the larger reseller that we purchased the P3 from has no additional information. My requests to Lenovo about the BMC have been silently ignored. Posting here in the hopes that someone might have some inside information? The claim to support the BMC is still all over their glossy for the product...
