DVI connection to ThinkCenter M55e

Hi,
I bought a new pc system, a Levono M55e desktop and a Samsung 940BW monitor. The M55e system includes an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950.
While assembling my system, I failed to find a DVI connection on the pc. I checked Intel's site, and found that the accelerator has "Multiple display types (LVDS, DVI-I, DVI-D, HDTV, TV-out, CRT)".
Still, the M55e has not DVI inlet.
I called my lenovo agent and he told me that since the accelerator is part of the motherboard, the system has no DVI capabilities. The most it can, is to accept a DVI input, but treat it analogically as VGA.
Is this the whole story? Is it true that in spite of the accelerator's capabilities, lenovo produces a system with no dvi capabilities?
Can anything (but adding a new graphic card) add DVI capabilities to my system?
