E220s Camera Hot Key opens Lenovo Settings

Whilst getting my wife's E220s ready for retirement/sale I was checking for full functionality. All is well now but for the CAMERA Hot Key (F5). Pressing it opens the Lenovo Settings program. The camera program can be opened from the Start Menu, but why is the Hot Key not working? The OTHER Hot Keys work as designed/expected. I've installed all of the drivers, I think, though might have missed something. Suggestions, please? Thanks.
