Fn/volume/TV keys stopped working (mostly)

So, I tried installing thinkpad fan control service (tpfcserv.zip) on my T60p.
Seemed to work fine, but I didn't feel that i needed it, so I uninstalled it; all using the supplied .BAT files.
However, ever since, none of the Fn+F# keys seem to work, nor does the ThinkVantage or volume buttons. Fn+Home/End does not work on screen brightness.
Oddly, the Fn+Arrow keys work to control iTunes, and the Fn+PgUp works to turn on and off the keyboard light. Also, the Fn+NumLock works.
Any ideas on a fix?? I tried to reinstall the latest BIOS patch, but it wouldn't let me, saying that the BIOS is already current.
Thanks!
