Predesktop Help :)

Hi,
I am traying to install a new windows and save predesktop area.
Once it works i have XP and Predesktop area. But i messed up and naw it doesnt work.
I restore my hdd with Recovery Dvd to manifacturer settings and predektop works.
Then - resize the patrition with Partition Magic to c:- for windows and d:-data - i still have predesktop.
Then clean install of windows:
i tried to delete the c - partition, tried only to format the partition during windows installation. Tried secure mode, normal mode in bios.
When instalation is ok i'm installing RnR 3.1 during the instalation there is error massage RnR.exe problem / send the error - don't send/ i use dont send and installation continue with sucsess.
But there is no more predesktop area?
I have done it several times in diferrent combinations in past 2 days and the result is tha same.
PLEASE What i am doing wrong?
