Problem with CSS (Client Security Solution) with FingerPrint

#1 Post by UA_KEL » Fri Oct 29, 2010 7:52 am

Hi,I am new joiner of this forum..
I recently installed my SSD to my X61 with a OEM version of window 7.
I installed it with a clear installation with a new SSD drive. That mean i have downloaded and installed all the utility programs from the Lenovo website. (Both the latest version of CCS v8.30 and Finger Print v5.9.3 installed)

After installed all utility programs from Lenovo, i find that i can't use my CCS (Client Security Solution) with my fingerprint for the website in internet explorer. The fingerprint manager won't store my password and login which it used to pop up and ask if require to save the password and login.

I have look for some solutions in web but it seems nothing related or answer my problem.

Really appreciate someone could help or share what i should do if i want to get it back the password manager running. Thanks.
Thx

UA KEL
