scrolling tips keep popping up

How do i get rid of the trackpoint scrolling tips? I've tried checking the "Don't show this reminder again", it keepings coming back after reboot. Then i went to Control Panel, Mouse Properties, TrackPoint Properties and unchecked "Enable TrackPoint Scrolling Tips" and it came back after shutting down and restarting Windows.

Anyone know how to get rid of it?
