#1 Post by Botosjeti » Mon Nov 20, 2017 8:05 am

Hi!
Problem become suddenly. Once a day my T30 doesn't recognize any HDD and can't boot. If I go to the bios, there is no any HDD listed.

Welcome to the forum.:)

Sorry to hear about your trouble. The HDD may have died (or in the process of dying, if the problem is intermittent). Test with a different drive, if possible. Alternatively, test the same HDD in a different system.

If the problem is intermittent, the first thing I would do is try to backup everything important from the drive while you can access it.

What dr_st said. Your hard drive is dying or is dead.

Then it's most likely the system board or the IDE connector between the board and the drive bay.

Seems it's solved by resoldering :)
