ThinkPad T23 repairing

I am working on my ThinkPad T23, I just replaced my T20 base as the last person from how many years ago broke the fan vent and I finally replaced it. I decided to get my T23 out and get it working. I checked the inductors as that was a common problem with the T23s and they seem fine. The laptop powers on and fan spins but no display and no beeps, even if ram is removed no beeps. I was thinking of selling my T20 and keeping my T23 as it is the better spec machine that will run above a 1GHz P3 and a max 1GB RAM and to somewhat save room by selling double of same machines I have. Unless everyone thinks I should just keep it. For the T23 I think the board needs replaced but I also need a new top bezel that covers the lcd hinges as the one on the T20 and T23 are crumbling apart

I found a replacement board on ebay and a new full bezel for my T23 but need that hinge cover bezel. If anyone wants this T23 motherboard for repair since these machines will get harder to find let me know and just pay shipping for it, can have for free.

Parts I need for my T23 if anyone has it

1. plastic brace that wraps around CD drive "It screws to the top of the connector for the drive, mine is cracked in 3 places.
2. Top pamlrest bezel that goes over the hinges
3. palmrest
4. and already ordered a replacement motherboard.
5. HDD cover as my T20 has it.

I got my T23 motherboard in and got it installed in the shell of the system and powered it on. Reads the 1GB of RAM and the 1.13GHz Pentium III M processor. I got everything back together except for a new palmrest and the top hinge palmrest cover strip.

If anyone has a new / used uncracked palmrest and top hinge strip with a HDD cover and a CMOS cradle for my T23 let me know.

I could strip those parts from my T20 but don't want to destroy a fully working T20.
