T23 rubber IBM black paint + black putty on small dents ?

Are there IBM:
- Black rubber paint(That rubber grip top surface that covers the bottom of the T23 laptop)
- Black putty
- Black plastic paint(Plastic parts)

on small dents ?

It can be sprayed, and it is meant to supply a grip on tool handles. It's the best fit I can find.
W500x3 with T9900, , T400 highnit 1280x800 with P9600, X61sx3, X61Tx3.
