T30 video playback solution with firefox

Set Firefox's priority to run BelowNormal in Windows.

This runs its plugins at higher priority and reduces slow playback problems significantly.

Anyway, it all works fine, but because PCdoctor 5 doesn't work in W7, I decided to try Lenovo Solution Centre....
