is a t23 motherboard compatible with a t21

I've seen a T23 motherboard for sale, would it be a straight swap for my T21 board? My board is shafted. It decided to do the blink of death so I soldered the pins on the ADP chip with a resistor (as mentioned by Ray Kawakami - thanks). Unfortunately my soldering is not in the same league as Rays....
consequently I now need a new board

Nope, the T23 needs a different base, CPU, cooler and RAM from the T20/T21/T22.
The rest is exchangeable.

Yes, but the T22 has a different fan from T20/T21.

If you are asking if any T20, T21 or T22 motherboard will fit into any other T20, T21 or T22 bottom case, then, yes. I believe that there are slight variations in the components on those boards, but physically they will be swappable into any T2x base as long as it's not a T23.
