T30 and system restore issues

#1 Post by wujstefan » Thu Feb 06, 2020 3:32 pm

Hello fellow thinkpadders!

I have started another restoration program, and this time it is a T30.
However, while trying to reinstall the system out from restoration disks (W2K) I gen an error:

Invalid Command.com
enter correct name of command interpreter

What in the world could be that?

Did you erase and format that HDD before you started?
What OS was on it before?
It may still have some older (hidden) system files on it.
