T23 LCD screen replacement options

Hi,

is T40/41/42 LCD screen compatible with T23? i have few spare of T4x series so if i can use their screen on my T23, it would be really wonderful.

NO! They have an ENTIRELY different connector! They have a 30pin CCFL connector and NOT a 20pin one that T23 needs!
But what will work with a T23 are any screens from T2x, 14.1" A2x and A3x devices.
Alternatively though many 14.1" screens from that time (2000-2002) from other laptops will work just fine on a T23, but beware some screens have the 20 pin connector higher up and the cable may not reach.
I have used a spare T22 Samsung screen on a Latitude C600, works perfectly fine. But these T2x Samsung screens are just outright horrible to look at. Gives me eyestrain in 5 minutes.

Thanks kfzhu1229. Unfortunately screen on my T23 also awful that irritates my eyes. Probably it is also Samsung panel.
