t20 spec and ram question

quick question, i have a t20 i want to upgrade. currently, its running 128 megs of pc100. is it possible to run pc133 in a t20? Also, am i correct in thinking that the max ram limit on the t20 is 512 megs? thanks.
T42p 2379-DYU, 1.8 ghtz Pentium M, 1.5 gig ram, 128 mg Fire GL T2 graphics card, 80 gig 5400rpm hdd, 15" UXGA, Win XP Pro sp2

T20, 700 mghtz Pentium III, 128 meg ram, Kubuntu 5.10

Yes and no.........It depends on the ram....I would stick(no pun intended) with pc100 memory. Should work all the time. And yes, 512mg is the limit on T20 ram..Good Luck.........Ron

:idea: You want 26MB PC100 SODIMMs that have 16 chips.

Once in a great while you'll find a PC133 stick with that configuration but there is no advantage to using it.

Just to clarify that was 256MB PC100 Sodimms. 16 chips, 8 on each side.
