I caught my foot in the power cord recently and the T21 went on the floor. Hit on the left hand side as one uses it. All seems to be OK, but since then the CD/DVD drive has been getting iffy. Now it won't eject, OK by S/w, and will only work with slight pressure applied to the tray. The floppy works fine. I can't see that the connector at the rear of the bay could be the cause as a) the floppy works and b) its hard mounted to the main board which can't move. Although given the side it hit on I suppose the whole lot could have shifted left a nats whisker.
Any ideas?
TIA
Is my DVD drive foobarred?
